Are these courses AHA approved?

Our Courses are approved by the AHA. On completion, students will receive an Course Completion Card that is valid for a period of 2 years.

Do you offer renewals?

For BLS courses, we offer renewals at our West Chester location. These are completed in person with an instructor and do not require an online portion.

If you are taking an ACLS or PALS course, we treat these the same as a full course. You must complete the online portion for the course, then come in and complete skills.

Do you offer courses at our location?

Yes! We can come to your location to complete training. This could be at a company, public place, or even a private residence. Please note, we do charge extra for traveling.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If a course is canceled due to weather, a natural emergency etc, a refund will not be issued, but you may reschedule to a new date.
