We currently offer DOT/NonDOT urine drug testing. We are DOT qualified for collections.

We charge $65 for urine collections.

We are willing to travel to your location for testing. 

The following types of testing can be performed:

• Pre-Employment
• Post Accident
• Random
• Return to Duty
• Cause/Reasonable Suspicion

Appointments are required. We are usually available for same day appointments.

Hale CPR LLC can help you facilitate a testing program that randomly tests your employees. Companies must randomly test their employees under the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation. Typically, 50 percent of employees must be randomly drug tested over a year period. 

MRO and Lab costs are all included in price.

We follow all DOT Regulations.

NonDOT testing is available for anyone currently not employed by a company requiring DOT Compliance. This could be for a company just wanting to test their employees, for court purposes, or for your own personal reasons.

Hale CPR LLC also offers other collection services such as hair, DNA, and nails. 

Hair and nail collections are $150 per test.
