Hale CPR LLC has licensed phlebotomists ready to perform your blood draws. If you have a Test form from your doctor, we can collect those tests needed. We are also paired with UltaLabs to perform tests at a discounted price and no prescription is needed. 

We can perform urine collections for analysis. This could be for drug testing, UTI, kidney function, and more! These can be done at our location or a location of your choosing.
